Commitment
	a. Players
		A select player can not register or accept an Affiliate Member offer prior to 10:00am on the Monday following the start of the Open Opportunity Period for the respective age group. Once a player registers to a select team, they are committed for the seasonal year. A select player is considered registered to an Affiliate Member the moment the player (or for a player less than 18 years of age, the player’s parent or guardian) personally or electronically signs the Affiliate Members registration form and submits a portion of, or the full amount of the fees required by the Affiliate Member.
	2.	All other players, when rostered to a team, are considered committed to a team based upon the team declaration of yearly registration or seasonal registration. Seasonal registrations are binding on August 1 for fall season teams and the last Monday in February for spring season teams.
