Below is the membership, and the duties and responsibilities of the Resolution Committee:
 

Dispute Resolution Committee:

    Membership.  When necessary, the President shall create a Dispute Resolution Committee of 5 members based on member availability to meet the appropriate time commitments for resolution of appeals. 

    Duties and Responsibilities.  The Dispute Resolution Committee will mediate disputes among Affiliate Members (Clubs). All decisions by the Committee shall be reported to the Board of Directors and shall constitute the decision of the Board unless such decision is modified by the Board and does not contravene Nebraska State Soccer, USYSA, or USSF Bylaws and Policies.

  If you are interested in submitting a written appeal, contact the State Office by email. They will review the information with the President. If it is determined that the issue cannot be resolved, the President will take action to create the committee
