Responsibility for Conduct. Unsportsmanlike conduct by any person registered with Nebraska State Soccer or assisting in any soccer activity of any member of Nebraska State Soccer shall be subject to discipline, including fines or suspension, by the Board of Directors of Nebraska State Soccer in such manner as the Board determines.
a. Players shall be responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their team members.
b. Coaches and assistant coaches shall be responsible for the conduct of their players, their own conduct, and the conduct of other coaches or assistant coaches of their team. Coaches and assistant coaches shall assist the referee in maintaining sportsmanlike conduct of all persons, including spectators, prior to, during or after any game.
c. Affiliate Members, their administrators, board members, coaches (paid or unpaid), players, parents/guardians, and/or independent contractors are responsible for full and complete communication between each other.   An Affiliate Member desiring to contact a player of another Affiliate Member, ethically must contact the player's existing Affiliate Member/team coach prior to contacting the player.
