Nebraska State Soccer membership connects your club, players, coaches, and administrators with the programs, resources, competitions, and support available through Nebraska State Soccer, US Youth Soccer, and U.S. Soccer.
Whether you’re starting a new soccer organization or looking to bring an existing club into Nebraska State Soccer, our staff can help guide you through the membership process.
Who Can Become a Member?
Any league, association, or club that agrees to uphold the bylaws, policies, and rules of Nebraska State Soccer may apply for membership.
How to Become a Member?
- Submit an Application
- Complete the Nebraska State Soccer Membership Application and provide information about your organization.
- Submit Governing Documents
- Provide your organization’s governing documents, including applicable bylaws, constitution, rules, or regulations.
- Application Review
- NSS staff and the appropriate District Commissioner(s) will review the application before it is presented to the Nebraska State Soccer Board of Directors
- Board Approval
- Membership applications require approval by a majority of the NSS Board of Directors. Approved organizations begin with provisional membership and are reviewed after 12 months for compliance with membership requirements.
Membership Application Fee: New applicants pay a $500 application fee. After the organization’s first year, $250 will be credited to the club’s account provided the organization has registered all eligible players with Nebraska State Soccer and remains in good standing.
Not ready for full club membership?
Independent Team options may be available for teams that do not currently operate as part of an NSS member club.
