"Tee it up for Safety" Golf Fundraising Tournament – May 14, 2010 – Pacific Springs, Omaha

ENSA (Eastern Nebraska Soccer Association) has stepped up to be the title sponsor of this event for two years ($3,500 per year). Their support has moved us forward towards our goal of $10,000 (profit). The proceeds from this fundraising golf tournament will be used to move forward to do background checks on 100% of our coaches and any volunteers that are left alone with children and to improve safety education of our members.

Mary Hulbert, Tournament Director stated "With the ENSA partnership all we have to do it get the golfers to the course. We need to raise the money to be able continue to provide background checks on all coaches without raising fees that could put a burden on our membership. We really need everyone's help. We will make sure to make this a fun and successful event"

There is a "Director's Cup" which will allow Clubs and Leagues to compete for the Nebraska State Soccer Golf Championship.
